Effectiveness vs Efficiency

Doing the right thing is effectiveness, doing things right is efficiency. Focus on effectiveness, and then concentrate on efficiency.

It is a good explanation about the strategic way of thinking, which I sometimes forget when I too much focus in detail.

「正しいことをやること」が「効果性」で、「正しくやる」ことが「効率性」である。まずは、「効果性」に集中し、その後に「効率性」に注目すべきである。

戦略思考を言い表すとても良い説明です。細部にこだわってしまうと、忘れてしまいがちなセオリーです。
