専門学校のE-Learning 中なう＾＾ 人事マネジメント系のセクションに示唆的な記述があったので、メモ。

人事評価のフィードバックの進め方です。良いこと・悪いことのどちらを先に言うべきか？は論者によって見解の分かれるところです。

面白いのは、このテキストには、「良いこと→悪いこと→良いこと」で進めるのが良いと書いてありました。なるほど！さすが、「褒め」教育が進んでいるオーストラリアです＾＾

I found an interesting feedback technique in HR evaluation meetings in my E-Learning site. it pointed out discussing :

1. Positive points
2. Negative points
3. Positive points would encourage employees, while on the other hand, many specialists argue which issue should come up first: negative points or positive points.

I felt the Aussie wisdom, which is good at praising people.
