ケアンズのテレビ番組

我が家にＴＶ導入！＾＾　実際には、昨日のBoxing Day に購入済だったのですが、アンテナ・ケーブルが合わず、今日買って我が家での初ＴＶ鑑賞＾＾

英語トークは当然なのですが、それに英語の字幕が付いている番組が多く、英語の勉強に打ってつけです。もちろん日本でも同じ環境はつくれますが、「強制的にそうならざるを得ない」という点が良いかと＾＾

あと、年末の日曜日のせいもあってか、映画が充実しています。今夜のメジャーどころで言うと、「マイノリティー・レポート」（https://goo.gl/1MEKPc）と「遠い夜明け」（https://goo.gl/xmxEuy）をやっています。どちらも古い映画ですが、どっしりとした名作です。最近の日本のテレビでの映画に多い「数年前のＢ級映画」とは違って、古くてもトラディッショナルな名作を見せる態度を感じました。

TV came to my home! Although actually I bought it yesterday, it could work today because I had to buy a suitable antenna cable for it.

The TV was very helpful for my English study with its English subtitle. Of course we can make the same environment in Japan using DVD players, but it is effective in Cairns because we are forcefully been in the environment when we watch TV.

Another thing I found interesting was that the movies on the TV programs in Cairns were tremendous. Tonight we had ‘Minority Report’ and ‘Cry Freedom’, which most people cannot deny their value although they are quite old ones.
